The staff was super friendly and gave us great local tips. Our room was very clean and comfy. We had a nice balcony to chill on. It's just a short walk to the leaning tower and close to good food spots! Loved the view we had from the room too!
the bathroom being outside was kinda inconvenient and sometimes it got a bit noisy from the hallways.

We had a good sized room overlooking city. Location: the hotel was just next door to the Leaning Tower of Pisa, and all main attractions. Lucky that it was a 10-15 minute walk from Vegan Come Koala, offering food to go.

Had a great time at Gialel! The room was cozy with a nice balcony, super close to the Leaning Tower. A couple of hiccups with access and the early cleaning, but really enjoyed the charming cafes nearby!

The Triple Room with Private Bathroom offered a decent space for a family, providing enough room to move around and relax. The proximity to local attractions adds a certain charm, especially for exploring the city.
The air conditioning was sluggish at best, taking forever to cool the room down and leaving it a bit stifling initially. Check-in was confusing, as it's located within an apartment building without clear instructions. The main door is locked, and reception is on the fourth floor, which could lead to unwanted stress upon arrival. For those who appreciate towel changes, note that they only provide fresh linens upon request-be prepared for the same towels if you don't ask upfront. Noise travels easily. I could hear the TV from the adjacent room, which can be bothersome during quiet hours.

comfortable stay but lacked dining options
The room was spacious with a comfortable king size bed. The hosts were friendly. We enjoyed a lovely city view from our window which added to our experience. Breakfast options nearby were good and made our mornings enjoyable.
Limited dining choices on-site might be a drawback for some guests.

The quad room was spacious and ideal for a family of four, boasting a large bathroom and several comfy beds. Cleanliness was excellent throughout the hotel. For meals, we discovered a fantastic traditional Tuscan restaurant nearby and had good breakfasts at a charming café just across the street. While there were no dining options on-site, the recommendations received were really good.

The room was spacious and impeccably clean, with a fridge and excellent air conditioning. The hosts provided valuable local dining recommendations and let us store our luggage after check-out. The external private bathroom was somewhat inconvenient. I noticed the shower took a while to provide hot water. The nearby homemade pies and jams at local cafes are a must-try.

Spent 4 nights in a cozy double room. The hosts were super friendly and helped us find some amazing local spots. We loved exploring the nearby sites and grabbing breakfast at a cute café just around the corner! Only thing is, parking was kinda tricky, so plan ahead if you have a car.
